Acid for TMB in Elisa Kits

What is the acid in the stop solution for TMB in ELISA kits? Can anyone tell me?
Studying Biotechnology from Merced College in California.

Hey Jones, I think what you mean is the sulfuric or phosphoric acid stop solution. Here’s a link I found:

Hello

Stopping reagent for peroxidase and TMB: 3 M HCl or 3 M H2SO4

you need to use 50ul for total 450ul reaction. so final concentration will be ~0.33 M. Final concentration can vary from 0.2M to 1M.
