What is the acid in the stop solution for TMB in ELISA kits? Can anyone tell me?

Hello

Stopping reagent for peroxidase and TMB: 3 M HCl or 3 M H2SO4

you need to use 50ul for total 450ul reaction. so final concentration will be ~0.33 M. Final concentration can vary from 0.2M to 1M.
