Thank you sir, actully i may get chance in IIT Roorkee, so i am confused. kindly have a look on the m.tech  Nanotechnology syllabus of IIT Roorkee

does the syllabus seem to have any projects on bio related field ? Plz give suggestions.

Prof. RP Singh, Dr. Naveen Kumar Navani and  Dr. P Gopinath, are associated with the Center of Nanotechnology of IIT Roorkee. They are actually the faculty of Department of Biotechnology. Pursuing your major project under one of these professors will keep you in line with Biotech. And, as mentioned in the syllabus, there is scope of studying Nanobiotechnology in the program, so I'm sure you will find appropriate exposure to Nanobiotech in this program.

Very importantly, make sure that the program electives you choose should incline you towards Nano-biotech. 

Keep an eye on Khorana program as well (I'm not sure if your degree in Nanotech will keep you eligible for applying in Khorana program or not).
