What are my career prospects if I do mtech in chemical engineering or biomedical engineering after doing btech biotechnology

I scored 812 in Bt paper in gate and want to purse direct PhD in neuroscience in iisc. Is direct PhD valued in India ?And is it wise to opt for direct PhD or to go with mtech and then pursue this ?

Hey there.. I'm new to this portal. Just completed Btech in Biotechnology and biochemical Engineering. I had qualified GATE 2018 with a low score  and a rank of around 1500. Is it possible to me to get into an IIT/NIT. If possible please suggest some options.

I had qualified in IIT JAM biotechnology .but the rank is beloe 600. Is there any chance to get admission in any colleges based on this score..can i choose any other related subject using this score..
