Hi Shilpa,
As I suggest in most of my posts, one shouldn't worry about or take for granted, the admission process because of his/her GATE score/rank/percentile. Once you have got the call for screening, you have equal chances of selection as does a Rank 1 holder.
Give your best in written and interview. You will make it through.
I won't shy away in citing my own example here: I had an AIR 44 and percentile 99.6. I had cleared the written test as well. But I spoiled the interview and thus wasn't selected at IIT Kanpur.
So, I hope it helps you to have a positive perspective about selection process.
