Most of the firms abroad seek experienced and highly educated professionals (minimum 3 year experience for those who have completed masters and minimum 5 year for those who have completed UG).

70% and above are preferred marks. For salaries, please google "career options in Biotechnology"

That means we dont hav a oppurtunity to go abroad directly after completing our college....

Following can be the options:
a) Campus recruitments
b) Securing an internship at the company of choice abroad
c) Emigrate there first and then apply for the job there (Work visas and sponsorships are difficult to procure, and companies also tend to prefer local candidates. So if you are a local to them, then the entire scenario changes).
