I am going to complete my Bsc.Biotechnology.
So what can I do next ?My friend suggest me to do Ms in Italy ,though there is free education .But if I study there also ,I will come back here ,I like to work here only .So I have confusion whether I can do my higher studies in abroad or here itself .Pls help .

If you have an opportunity abroad, grab it. You can always come back.

If you don't get an opportunity abroad, try to go for JAM and other competitive exams (like that of JNU) to pursue MSc from an Institute of repute.

HI! 
I'm studying life sciences in a very reputable college in mumbai with 9+ gpa.
I hadn't studied maths in 12th (my combination was pcb+psychology)
Can i apply for msc in biotechnology in india/abroad? 
i have friends telling me to do genetic engineering but i'm skeptical about it as it is entirely research based..
