please tell me the top ranking for m.tech biotech.
and order of preference iitg,nit all , bits pilani,  dtu 
which wil be better

If you want to do M.Tech in Biotech, the order of preference should be:
a) IIT Guwahati
b) BITS Pilani
c) NITs and DTU (DTU is better than NIT Rourkela's Biotech and any non-Biotech course in an NIT)
