Hi,

I have had compiled an article for suggesting important books and subjects for GATE BT at www.BiotechStudents.com.

Following is the link towards the same. Hope it helps:
http://in.biotechstudents.com/gate-biote...cts-books/

For Bioprocess, Doran/Schuler are best. Solving the numerical problems (at the end of each topic and chapter) will be of great help to any aspirant.

Keep your concepts clear | Nothing would forbid you to clear GATE

Best wishes
sir,
is it necessary to go for an institute as they conduct so many online tests and all that..as i have classes on college too i cani decide should i take those above all will those really be helpful?
No one is a better tutor to a person than 'himself'. I would thus suggest focusing good on your college lectures and revise (and prepare) through various (which are in plenty) resources online/offline. The learning experience one gets through self-exploration is inferior to nothing in the world! A coaching institute would just give you study materials/couple of sessions (which you anyway get in your college too), at the end of the day, 'it's you who has to make the effort'.

Hope it addressed your query to some extent.

Best wishes

Hello Kunal,

I havent personally used Pathfinder study materials. My advice would be to go for 'one topic at a time' from the syllabus of GATE and practice the same from standard books.

Please refer the above mentioned link for suggestion on recommended books. Apart from that, do refer online animations and videos on topics of interest. And at the end of the day, google is the most powerful resource!

You may post your subjective queries here as well. I'm sure the forum members would be eager to address technical questions.
okay sir and thank you
