Respected sir,
I am Sravani Javvadi and Im pursuing my Btech (Biomedical engineering). I would want to do my Mtech In field of bioinformatics or biotechnology.
Can you please suggest which would be more suitable for my present field and me?

MTech in Biotechnology won't make much sense after having a specialized degree of Biomedical Engineering.
Biotechnology is a broader degree, while Bioinformatics or Biomedical engg are specialisations.
You should either pursue MTech in Biomedical only, or in Nano Biotechnology or in Bioinformatics.
