Building up research community for fighting emerging diseases and pandemics

I am looking to build a research community focused on the field of biomedical research that works actively for a social cause in India. Our idea is to form a community that dedicates its effort in carrying out research focusing on providing effective solutions for key problems in biotechnology/biomedical research, (currently our focus is on building up a research community for fighting emerging diseases and pand emics) which very few people actually work on with pure motivation in creating a translatable solution to a problem, rather than in generating publication and maintaining profile ( I know this is an integral part of research career no offense, but motivation priority matters here a lot). As the community grows we have to plan and work on how to work together, channelize funding, and set up a registered organization. Anybody interested/motivated to be a part of the community for this cause are welcome to join and let the community grow! Any ideas/suggestions are highly appreciated.

I am now in 12th standard, I have taken PCB. I want to know about the career options after 12th, except MBBS and BDS. And also what would be the best career option if I have average marks in the 12th board exams, preferably without giving NEET?I also don't like studying much (I study, but not for 6-8 hours a day, for 2-4 hours ) . Is there a career where you can be successful with average marks?

Hello,

I'm currently in the process of completing a self-administered biotechnology course. Since I don't have a professor or other resources like that, I don't really have an authority to ask these questions to. I'm wondering if anyone can help me answer these questions. Answer is good, but if you could show work that would be excellent as I'm trying to study it.

Question 1) You are given the plasmid pNEB193. Sketch what a predicted gel run would look like if one digests the plasmid with the following enzymes:

Ava II (A)
Pvu I (P)
AvaII+Hind III (A+H)

the sketch is supposed to fit a electrophoresis unit, so it would look like:

Ladder Uncut A P A+H

Those 5 would be the wells

Then, to follow this sketch, I have the following question:

What would happen if the wells were put by the positive pole instead of the negative?
How might the gel look if one used a higher concentration of agarose? Describe the change
How might the gel change if we increased the voltage from 80V to 150V? Describe the change.
What might happen if the gel were to run too long?

I have some answers that I think are correct, but I'm still kind of at a loss, especially with the sketch. I've only ran an electrophoresis unit once.
