Please do give a thought on higher education. With a B.E. degree there is only a little far into you career that you can go - thereafter there will be a lot of competition and you won't be able to climb up the corporate ladder with your degree - because a lot of PhD's will also be competing and the company would want to promote a PhD degree holder rather than you.
