Biggest biofuel plants in the world
#2
Change is one of the rules of nature. Whatever today exists is because of changes that occurred in past.
Nature quickly adjusts to changes. But the thing which man had prepared by artificial means had somehow impacted the balance of nature either directly or indirectly. With the development of industrial world, pollution increased and had affectedly the natural balance, may be up to some extent. This called further utilization of natural resources to balance it and thus resulted in decrease of non-renewable resources.
Today with the modernisation in science and biotechnology, we had understood the need of developing such plans which will completely eradiate these problems from nature. One such way is to come back to nature again, that is by utilization of natural resources (Air, Wind, Solar,Water, etc)for the development of required energy and power. Today many such natural things like Air Wind, Solar Energy, and Water Energy etc are used to develop the required energy.
Wind turbines are one of the best example of it and is used worldwide to generate electricity. This method not only produces energy but also had been eco-friendly. The wind energy is used to rotate the big turbines and this is further producing electricity which can be used for house appliances as well as for providing power to many industries.
Another application is production of bio-fuel which is done by use of waste (as raw material) or by use of oil from plants (or xerophytes) like Jatropha carcus. This oil is converted into bio-diesel. This bio diesel is saving the natural resources as well as is eco-friendly. The pollution due to combustion of this biodiesel is many a time less than that emitted by diesel and petrol’s.
Today biotechnology is used as a tool in developing systems which not only produces required quantity and quality of natural energy but also supports nature in ecological balancing!
