I am Msc Biotechnology pass out in 2017. I am in search for an opportunity to work in research field. Please help me with any start ups.

Apply for fellowship exams and do PhD

Okk..thank you....I am preparing for such exams.
If I do my PhD from any private college rather than waiting to get chance in govt universities, are there will be any difference at job field after PhD?
