Yes sure IITs also provide MSc,MS,M.Tech and Phd. Programmes. IIT - JAM is also conducted for Biotechnology and Biological Sciences. It can fetch you admission in any IIT or the premier institute IISC Bangalore.

should i appear GRE after completing my bsc?

I would recommend you to do MSc in India from a premier institute and meanwhile prepare for GRE and TOEFL and Go for Phd. abroad
