Following are some of the potential topics worth working on (for inclining yourself to Pharma industry):

1. Pharmacoeconomic Analysis of (Some Disease: say Breast Cancer) in a Specialized Hospital
2. Design, Synthesis & Biological Evaluation of a drug/ composition against a disease
3. Studies on effect of Structural modifications of a therapeutic ligand (or drug).
4. Development and Evaluation of some drug's formulations by complexing with some adjuvants (like Cyclodextrins).
5. Development and evaluation of various drug delivery systems (say for Opthalmic / Gut / Lung associated diseases).

and more...(if none of these are suitable/ interesting then I can explore and suggest more).
