BEST REGARDS,
SANGAM MÌSHRÅ
I guess question was: At the end of which phase of cell cycle there is "2n" number of chromosomes.
In my understanding of things, as I said earlier, ploidy never changes, only the number of chromatids change (92 in S and G2)... chromosome number (2n = 46) stays the same....so 2n (diploid state) number is in all four phases for me...
If the pH of a protein is reduced to 1.5....below it's isoelectric point, which of it's group would be ionisable ?
i)COOH
ii)NH2
iii)Both of these
iv)Both would be neutral

At isoelectric point, amino acid exists in Zwitterion state...Reducing the pH below isoelectric point means addition of H+ ions to the medium....this would allow -COO(-) ion of zwitterion form to pick up the H+ ion and become -COOH, leaving behind -NH3(+) ionic form....

-NH2 is in ionized state as a result.
Oppss, I though lower pH means release of H+ ions so I marked COO- ..one more question WRONG.
Ohh...sorry for that...but I haven't been always right, just putting my point of view to various questions...
And, yes, some questions might get wrong, but on a road for glory, little damage is always inflicted In the end, we are going to have either a lesson or an experience, and both are worth having, so all the best once again!
The above q,s not complete ... For the neutral amino acid if ph becomes 1.5 then effect of its on the neutral amino acid ....... ...now discuss plz...
In q,s ... Protein made up of neutral amino acid ..... Nd my ans. Is no effects .... But may be its Wrong ..... Ans. Key .. Mile tb pta chle

Reason: Gram -ve bacteria has LPS.
both are correct statements but not correct explaination

I think reason is correct for the assertion. Kindly put your views forward.
