       I am planning to do my Phd in Biotechnology in USA. I have completed my masters in India.
Could you please help me with the procedure and suggest some colleges to apply.

I am sandhiya, I would like to do phd in USA. I am going to complete msc biotechnology 4th yr. Can you suggest some idea to apply in usa without competitive exams
