hello guys'
i m working on my final year project,,,stuck at the final stage of it.
can any1 tell me how to precipitate a polysaccharide(xanthan gum) from a fermentation media effectively !!!

I did this job already. You can do it in a reactor, in batch mode, using xanthomonas campestris.
