Dear all,
I am Bujjibabu, I am working as research assistant in Korea.
I am doing Protein isolation from HL1 cell lines. I did not get bands after western analysis.
I am using Drugs;
KN93-----30nM----------30min (inhibitor)
ET-1-----10nM----------10min (receptor)
primary abs; alpha actinine 1:5000
CREB 1:1000
phaspo CREB 1:1000
gel percentage 10% and concentration 30 micro grams sample

Actually I am new for this area, Please anyone can answer my problem.
