Biotechnology Internships in India: Selection Based

I am bsc 3rd year student. My bsc will be completed in march. I want to attend summer internship during the gap between enrolment of msc. Am i eligible for such training? ?
Most of the internship opportunities are actually offered to "currently enrolled" students. So, one cannot apply for an internship during the transition periods. Ideal times are final year of BSc/BTech and 1st year of Masters.

Thank you so much. This information regarding biotech internships is very helpful. But please make one thing clear, in many institutes, there is an eligibility criterion that "any undergraduate student who has completed at least 2 years of study towards an engineering degree will be eligible to apply". since I have completed only 3 terms , and I'll complete 2 years at the time of training, am I eligible for such trainings ?
You need to fulfill all minimum eligibility criteria. Till the time you complete your 2 years, you can go for independent training programs (like paid trainings). Or you can and should opt for independent projects in your own college.

Thank you , sir.
