Abiotic stress in plants

Hello there
I'm trying to write a paper for a biotechnology course, and would like some help.
First, can anyone direct me to a good and updated article that lists the main strategies and techniques of identifying/discovering genes involved in abiotic stress response ?
Another thing, I need any information about stress tolerant plants in commercial use, either that are allready used or in development. Any information can be useful : articles, links, company names.
I would appreciate any kind of help from you !
