There are no competitive exams held by foreign universities for admission to their Undergrad, Grad or PhD courses. GRE, GMAT, GATE etc are the universally accepted scoring systems by various universities.

European Universities don't seek any score card like GRE / GMAT, they rather look for your academic and cocurricular excellence.
