Hi Sharvari,

You can opt for BSc in Biology or Biotechnology to get further specialization in Marine Biology during your masters. Yes you are eligible for marine biology (BSc course). Following link should be helpful for getting admission in appropriate Univeristy in India for Undergrad Course.

And if you get good score in 12th, you can apply for admission in Delhi Univeristy as well (that would be your best chance!)
