Even I think it's option B
G-ve loses crystal violet because CV-iodine complex easily washes out during alcohol wash. Whereas, in G+ve, due to thick peptidoglycan layer, CV-iodine complex cannot escape.
After CV-IODINE complex has washed out of G-ve cell, its now colourless and can take up any dye. So it gets stained with saffranin.
I don't think LPS ha any role in trapping saffranin.

If y = 1 then there is no point of y=f(x)
Which is given in d question.
Wat my solution was y=x^3....this satisfies all d conditions so I calculated y=8 when x=2.

Plz anyone try ques 49 also its answer is given 100 in answer key...mine is 10000 minutes
